In the fall of 2022, I was a guest on the podcast, Making Mensches: Not Your Bubbe's Torah School for the episode "A Non-Stance is a Stance" regarding Palestinian liberation.

I contributed to the article, "To be a youth: Gen Z and its relationship to activism", where I wrote about solidarity in liberation movements alongside other young organizers.

Inprint Marion Barthelme Prize in Creative Writing at Rice University

I was awarded the Inprint Marion Barthelme Prize in Creative Writing at Rice University for a collection of my poetry.

Award-winning fiction writer Melinda Moustakis, recruited by the Rice creative writing faculty to judge this competition, selected my poems for this merit-based prize.

A reading occurred on April 1st, 2023, where I read my winning submission at the Menil Collection. 

Rice Undergraduate Research Symposium

In the spring of 2023, I was awarded Top Oral Presentation at Rice University's Undergraduate Research Symposium for the presentation of my Senior Thesis, as developed in Rice's Concentration in Creative Writing program.
